Our Great Little Kids Club

Looking for free children’s activities in Truro this summer? Join us from Monday 3 August to Friday 28 August for Our Great Little Kids Club, a fun-filled programme of FREE family-friendly activities taking place every weekday from 2pm to 3pm. All sessions take place at the Bandstand in Victoria Gardens unless otherwise stated. Tuesday sessions are held at Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery.

Perfect for primary school-aged children, Our Great Little Kids Club offers a variety of engaging activities designed to entertain, inspire creativity and encourage children to discover new interests throughout the summer holidays.

Each week features a fantastic programme of free activities:

• Mondays – Swamp Circus
  Try out interactive circus skills sessions featuring comedy acrobatics, plate spinning, diablo, and much more!
• Tuesdays – Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery
  Step into the magical world of Cornish Myths and Legends this summer, with creative activities designed to bring tales of King Arthur, The Mermaid of Zennor, and Cornwall’s many mythical creatures to life. Please note that Tuesday sessions take place in the Learning Room at Cornwall Museum & Art Gallery.
• Wednesdays – Truro Community Library
  Enjoy story time sessions, crafts and creative activities designed to inspire young imaginations.
• Thursdays – Jules the Ventriloquist
  Meet Jules and her puppet friends for an afternoon of interactive fun, activities, laughter and plenty of surprises.
• Fridays – Truro’s Countryside Rangers
  Explore Truro’s wild spaces and discover the fascinating wildlife that can be found in and around Cornwall’s only city.

Families can also enjoy the return of Denzel the Hedgehog’s Town Trail, with free activity packs available to collect from Truro Community Library and the Truro Visitor Information Centre on Boscawen Street.
