Cornwall’s only city has a lot to offer when the sun goes down. For a low key evening in Truro, find a cosy corner in a traditional pub, grab a pint of something cold and Cornish and get to know the locals, don’t be surprised if you get caught up in an impromptu sing song, better brush up on those sea shanties! There’s always a dog friendly spot too if the pooch fancies a night cap, try a tap house boasting local craft ales for a real flavour of Cornwall. If you’re after a little more glitz and glam, get your glad rags on and head for one of our wine or cocktail bars oozing class and sophistication. Make sure you try a tipple from one of our fantastic Cornish vineyards too, English wine is on the up and the milder climate down here on the peninsula makes for some really delicious varieties.
