The usual norm? We don’t really go for that. It’s a bit old fashioned! This is a new cafe designed to be refreshingly different.
All our cakes and pastries are home-made and cooked on the premises. We use locally sourced produce and ingredients as much as possible to give you that unique, traditional taste of Cornwall.
Blend 71 prepares some of the best homemade food in Truro. The breakfast menu includes porridge, granola cereals, as well as fresh pastries.
