Our Great Little City is a haven for wildlife

Truro boasts over 80 acres of natural green spaces with breathtaking views and various wildlife to keep an eye out for.

You will be amazed at what a woodland city can provide. Ours is home to natural meadows, native, broadleaved and riparian woodland, andformal parks and gardens.

The city’s green spaces attract a variety of wildlife, from deer, squirrels and foxes, to green woodpeckers, buzzards, and tawny owls. You will spot bumble bees and butterflies above the blooming flower beds, and you will even be able to see fish in the clear water of Truro’s rivers.

To discover more, why not pick up a free copy of the Wild Truro guide. Collect from the Truro Visitor Information Centre, or view online.
