The world-renowned organist David Briggs will improvise a live accompaniment to the 1925 silent film The Phantom of the Opera.
Briggs, former Organist of Truro Cathedral 1989-1994, will showcase his extraordinary talent on our iconic Father Willis organ, as he creates an electrifying soundtrack, delivering an unforgettable, once in a lifetime evening of cinematic and musical drama.
His electrifying improvisation will transform the silent classic into a powerful, one-night-only experience, where music and film merge in breathtaking harmony within the cathedral’s awe-inspiring setting.
