Thai night with Natchaya Nak from My Mum Makes

Join us for a special Cook & Chat evening led by Natchaya Nak of My Mum Makes, as she brings the flavours, stories and techniques of authentic Thai cuisine to Truro School Cookery.

Natchaya grew up in Bangkok, surrounded by food and family, watching her mother run restaurants and learning the importance of patience, quality ingredients and traditional methods. In this hands-on midweek class, she will guide you through the preparation of classic Thai dishes, sharing the skills and inspiration passed down through generations.

Designed to celebrate the approach of the weekend, these relaxed evening classes are as much about connection as they are about cooking. Come along with a friend, partner, colleague or family member — or arrive on your own and meet fellow food lovers — and enjoy an informal, welcoming atmosphere under the expert guidance of Natchaya.

The evening begins with a canapé and a glass of fizz or non-alcoholic alternative on arrival. You’ll then take part in a cook-along session, preparing a starter and main course to enjoy together with a glass of wine. Dessert will be prepared for you, allowing time to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.
