Join us for a complimentary glass of Prosecco followed by a delicious lunch of Wing of St. Mawes smoked fish chowder.
The smoked fish chowder is created ‘in house’ within The Cornish Fishmonger development kitchens. Home smoked white fish is added to traditional Chowder ingredients, (sweetcorn, carrots, onions, potatoes, double cream). The dish is mildly smoky and is widely enjoyed by our customers.
Rob Wing will be on hand to talk about the tradition of smoking fish and seafood.
