It has been several years since Nathan’s last book so it is a great treat to welcome him back to Waterstones Truro to talk to BBC Radio Cornwall’s Daphne Skinnard about his newly published book, On Fish.
Nathan’s several decades of experience comes across throughout the book as he looks at cooking methods, focuses on individual types of fish, habitat and when they are at their best. The recipes are aimed at both skilled and inexperienced cooks.
