Her 1999 chart-topping album Rise became one of the biggest of its era, earning 4× Platinum status – a milestone matched by her greatest-hits collection Dreams Can Come True. Across three decades she has earned multiple accolades, including two BRIT Awards, two MOBO Awards and an Ivor Novello.
