Event information:
We are thrilled to welcome Cornwall-based dark fantasy author Sam K. Horton back to Waterstones Truro, to celebrate the launch of Ragwort, the second book in his awesome Eythin Legacy series.
Featuring landscapes to match a Daphne du Maurier novel, and a historical Bodmin moor setting that you will not recognise – but one that will fire the depths of your imagination – Sam is one of the most exciting fantasy authors around. His debut novel, Gorse, drew praise from booksellers and fantasy readers across the country, making Ragwort one of the most hotly anticipated books around.
Find out from Sam how Cornish landscapes have inspired his writing, and and what inspired him to move from a career in costume design and visual art to one in books.
Sam will be in conversation with author and Waterstones bookseller Ronnie Turner. After the talk, there will be a Q&A and book signing.
