The very best of Truro’s market scene
The city has a rich history when it comes to markets, and this is made clear by all the stalls and market days happening across the city every single week. Truro is home to two indoor markets and a twice-weekly outdoor Farmers Market. As well as this, Lemon Quay hosts the Cornwall Shop Small Market, and the Outdoor Truro Antiques and Collectables Market on various dates throughout the year.
The Pannier Market on Lemon Quay is Truro’s largest indoor market. There are over 40 outlets and you can find everything you need under just one roof. From fresh fruit and vegetables, Cornish Pasties and sweets, to jewellery, electrical items, knitting supplies and clothing. Lemon Street Market is the second of our indoor markets. This lifestyle market stretches across two floors and is home to an array of quality outlets and eateries.
Truro Farmers Market has become a firm fixture on Lemon Quay. The green and white striped tents line the Quay, tempting you with local produce such as freshly baked bread, cakes, olives, preserves, locally-caught fish, and much more. The Farmers Market is on every Wednesday & Saturday from 09.00 – 16.00.
The popular Cornwall Shop Small Markets are back for 2023, as well as the Truro Outdoor Antiques and Collectables Market. All markets will be held on Lemon Quay on select dates throughout the year.
