The Good Gut Guide

Saturday 4th July 2026 | 4 Hours

Join Jane Hutton at Truro School Cookery for an informative and thought-provoking cookery workshop exploring how food can support gut health and overall wellbeing.

This engaging four-hour class will introduce participants to the benefits of probiotic and prebiotic foods, helping you improve your health, expand your cooking repertoire, and build confidence in the kitchen.

Food and nutrition can often feel complicated, but understanding what our bodies truly need is simpler than many people think. Combining the science of nutrition with the creativity of cooking, this workshop will provide practical guidance on how to incorporate nourishing, real food into everyday life.

Whether you are looking to support a specific health concern, recover from illness, improve your energy levels, or simply rediscover the benefits of healthy eating, Jane will share practical techniques and delicious recipes designed to support long-term wellbeing.

Example Menu

  • Sweet Potato Soup with Cheese Flatbread
  • Pea Guacamole with Crudités
  • Middle Eastern Turkey Meatball Wraps with Seared Romaine
  • Berry Syllabub

Participants will leave with new recipes, valuable nutritional insight, and practical ideas to support healthier daily eating habits.
