Truro BID is bringing back the popular Children’s Day to Truro city centre on Saturday 20 June.
•  Families can enjoy mountain bike stunt shows on Lemon Quay, plus stalls, dance performances, and have-a-go circus skills, dance, and a boxing session.
•  There will also be a free bicycle obstacle course with bikes and helmets provided, a learn-to-ride area, a manual bike machine for older children, and a ‘Doctor Bike’ repair station.
•  Across the city, there will be street entertainment and family-friendly activities, including in Pydar St.
•  A large inflatable obstacle course is planned for Boscawen St, where the Truro Farmers Market is relocating for the day.
•  Some of Truro’s shops and eateries will be offering special family-friendly in-store activities and offers.
Children’s Day will offer activities for all ages. Many will be free, though some, such as crazy golf and swing boats, will have a charge.
The event is organised and funded by Truro BID and sponsored by Coodes Solicitors. The full line up, and details of the in-store activities and offers, will be published on this webpage a few days prior to the event.
