On Friday 14 November award-winning Chef Benjamin Palmer will bring his acclaimed restaurant ‘The Sardine Factory’ to Tresanton.
Ben’s passion in the kitchen has bagged him a number of awards, including winning the starter at the Parisian banquet for BBC Two’s Great British Menu 2024. Each course will be matched with a glass of wine from English Vineyard Artelium.
The Sardine Factory opened in Looe in July 2018. Ben and his team were delighted to receive the prestigious accolade of a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019 and have retained it since.
From £760 including one night’s accommodation, breakfast, canapés, five course dinner and matching wine, coffee and service charge. Based on two guests sharing a small sea view room.
