Event information:

Our midweek cook and chat evening classes are all about celebrating the approaching weekend with a friend, colleague, partner or relative! These classes are booked in pairs of tickets and are an opportunity to chat, cook, perfect your skills in the kitchen and meet other people.

A canapé and a glass of fizz or non-alcoholic equivalent will be served upon arrival. Next, in a ‘cook-along’ format, you’ll make a starter and main course to enjoy with a glass of wine. We will prepare the dessert so you can relax for the rest of the evening.

What will the menu be?

We change our recipes seasonally but the type of dishes you may enjoy are:

Canapé –  Wild mushroom beignet

Starter – Salade Lyonnaise

Main – Sirloin steak with Bordelaise sauce & parmentier potatoes

Dessert – chocolate mousse, orange sablé biscuit

When –  7.15pm – 10.15pm

Cost –  £160 for 2 people
