About the facilitator, Hannah Thorley
This course is lead by Hannah, a former gymnast with a love of movement. Due to struggling with a long term injury, she turned to yoga and Somatics to help relive her chronic pain. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Bristol and is due to complete her Somatics training this autumn. After first hand experience, she now wishes to share the far reaching benefits of mindful movement. In her teaching, she focuses on helping others find ease and comfort in their own bodies and regain the joy of pain free movement.
