Enjoy an evening with Rob Wing, the Cornish Fishmonger.  Join us for canapes and a glass of bubbly followed by an authentic seafood paella.  This will be cooked on site using the best quality seafood from local fisheries including squid, king prawns, monkfish, saffron together with Valencian paella rice, olive oil and classic seasonings.

After the meal Rob will talk about the local fishing industry, including the history of pilchards and the importance of them to the Cornish in the 18th and 19th centuries.
