Folk, jazz and choirs, history and art, films and photography, , walks and talks – they are all going into the melting pot of the Roseland Festival.
Truro Cathedral has one of the finest organs in the country. Built by Father Willis specifically to for the acoustic of the building; it's range, depth and power are truely awe inspiring. Recitals occur Friday lunchtimes from March until October April
The choir has a varied, interesting and very extensive musical repertoire, which includes modern pop songs, classic standards and lively show tunes, as well as the more traditional hymns and choral pieces that are usually associated with male voice choirs.

The Festival takes the form of a series of concerts, events and (optional) competitions over six days in which choirs can participate. The concerts are organised across Cornwall in most major towns of the county.

There are 17 Choirs in this 40 Voices & Under Competition.The first choir competes at 8.30am. Subsequent choirs compete at 15-minute intervals, with short breaks at 10.15am and 11.45am. Each Choir sings for 12 minutes.The final choir competing will start singing at 1.00pm.
