New for Truro Food Festival 2026, join chef and cookbook author Nisha Parmar as she teams up with Cornwall’s Woodfired Canteen for a very special Chef’s Table Feast inside the Chef’s Tipi on Lemon Quay.
For one night only, just 30 guests will gather around shared tables for an intimate three-course feast inspired by Nisha’s love of Indian flavours, cooking over fire and food made for sharing.
Nisha first came to national attention on BBC MasterChef and has since become a regular on Saturday Kitchen, released her cookbook SHARE and cooked for private clients and events across the UK. For this special Truro Food Festival evening, she’ll collaborate with the brilliant Woodfired Canteen team to create a feast built around flavour, fire and bringing people together.
Your evening includes a welcome drink on arrival followed by a three-course feast, with the festival bar open throughout the evening.
Come as a couple, gather some friends, or come solo and join us around the table.
