On Thursday 2nd June, there will be a Platinum Jubilee Parade through Truro City Centre. Leaving Waterfall Gardens at 13.00, the parade will march through the city, to Boscawen Street, culminating at High Cross at 13.30.
In celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee, Truro Community Library will be hosting John Brolly from the Minack Theatre to give a storytelling event on Saturday 4th June.
Join us in Victoria Gardens on Sunday 5th June for The BIG Jubilee Garden Party. From 11.00 - 16.00, the Gardens wil be abuzz with entertainment, featuring garden games and family friendly activities.
Cornwall Pride is coming to Truro on Saturday 18th June to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Pride movement in the UK. The Pride events across Cornwall celebrates equality and diversity across the entire LGBTQ+ and marginalised communities.
Every Sunday from 8th May to 11th September, Victoria Gardens welcomes a brass band from Cornwall to perform in the bandstand. On Sunday 26th June, Restormel Concert Band will be performing between 14.30 and 16.00.
