The sauce behind the restaurant was created during the early 1980’s in Southern Africa, this family recipe was designed as a basting sauce and marinade for ribs and chicken. Chorley’s Original has evolved into the ultimate table sauce. This recipe has followed the Chorley family all over the world and now you can try it out at their restaurant in Old Bridge Street, Truro.

They aim to offer a new and unique flavour which no other sauce available today can offer. A blend of sweet garlic & peri-peri chilli helps to define their flavours and guarantees a taste sensation which is unmatched!

The menu is delicious from boerie rolls (special South African sausage), a warming Durban Bunny Chow – not to mention the delicious meats seasoned with Chorley’s unique sauces.  Chorley’s caters for children’s portions with ease.  Also some unique fun fizzy drink flavours such as Fanta Grape and Cream Soda are fun to enjoy!
