W. C. Rowe was established in 1949 by Bill Rowe, and since then the company has grown to cover most of Cornwall. We have 2 of its bakeries in the heart of the city - 22 Victoria Square and Back Quay, Lemon Quay. They offer a range of freshly baked goods:
